Audit passed again with flying colours – best qualified according to ISO 9001:2015

“Quality and reliability are two key targets of our company,” explains Katharina Brüssel, certified quality management officer at ECOCOOL. No wonder, then, that ECOCOOL GmbH as well as ECOCOOL Service GmbH are certified according to ISO 9001:2015. Every year, the two companies are externally audited by DEKRA Certification GmbH.

“We are very proud that we meet the strict requirements of DEKRA,” emphasises Katharina Brüssel. After all, it is especially important to ensure stable temperatures over a longer period of time when transporting and shipping food, meals, medicines and chemicals. ECOCOOL, however, ensures that perishable goods do not suffer any loss of quality. “The packaging absolutely fulfils its purpose even under difficult conditions,” adds the quality management officer. “At the customer’s request, we also develop and implement individual packaging solutions.”

In addition to the high external requirements, the specialist for refrigerated packaging also sets its own goals: Not only should the highest hygiene standards and cooling and supply chains be guaranteed, but the products should also be as environmentally friendly as possible. The best example is the INNOBox made of almost 100 % recycled cellulose. This means that ECOCOOL customers can rely not only on the highest quality assurance but also on production processes that are as environmentally friendly as possible.
